This research seeks to reflect on the formation and production of what has come to be known as the Taller de Juan Borchers. The Chilean architect and theorist who gave his name to this collective dedicated his life to the study and critical reflection on science, the arts, and the perception of physical reality. His intellectual and personal journey reveals a wide range of interests and references that help shape a multifaceted and complex figure. The objective is to demonstrate how an architectural mode of thought is ultimately constructed through the communicative tool of the letter. This epistolary system generates a working method that culminates in the development and application of what Borchers calls the Cubic Series. This study aims to recover and highlight the ideas and teachings of the Taller de Juan Borchers, and to spark curiosity that encourages a deeper engagement with his work and thought.
